Returns & refunds
We want you to love every order. If something isn't right, here's how our return and refund process works.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Eligible for return
- • Product received damaged or defective
- • Wrong item delivered (different from what you ordered)
- • Item missing from your order
Not eligible for return
- • Opened food items (dates, honey, oils) unless defective
- • Products without original packaging or seals
- • Change of mind after 3 days of delivery
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.
